Equipment

Ingredients

Orange with Acerola

  • 2 and 1/2 cups of Orange juice (approx. 6 units)
  • 2 cups of Acerola 8.5 fl oz (240 g)

Swiss Lemonade

  • 2 units of Lemon thaiti
  • 2 cups of Water 16.2 fl oz (480 mL)
  • 6.7 fl oz of Condensed milk (190 g)
  • Ice to taste

Instructions

Orange with Acerola

  • Wash and cut the oranges in half
  • Squeeze the orange juice and place it in the blender
  • Add the acerola and blend it well
  • Strain and serve with ice cubes
  • It Yields about 23.7 fl oz (700 mL) of juice

Swiss Lemonade

  • Wash the lemons and remove the ends
  • Then cut them into 4 parts
  • Remove the central white part
  • Put them in the blender along with the water, condensed milk, and some ice cubes
  • Blend well
  • Strain and serve with ice cubes
  • It yields about 23.7 fl oz (700 mL) of juice

Tips:
–  Valid to: immediate consumption, do not refrigerate.
