Ingredients

PANCAKE

  • 6.8 oz of Condensed Milk (195 g)
  • 1 unit of Egg
  • 1/4 cup of Milk 2 fl oz (60 mL)
  • 1/2 tsp of Vanilla Extract 0.07 fl oz (2 mL)
  • 1 cup of All-Purpose Flour 4.2 oz (120 g)
  • 1 tsp of Baking Powder 0.18 oz (5g)

TOPPING

  • 6.8 oz of Condensed Milk (195g)
  • Strawberries to taste

Instructions

  • In a bowl, combine condensed milk, egg, milk, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  • Gradually add all-purpose flour, and when homogeneous, add baking powder.
  • Grease a pan on low heat with a little butter.
  • Pour a little batter and let it brown.
  • Flip with a spatula and let it brown on the other side.
  • Serve the pancakes with condensed milk and strawberries.

– Valid to: 3 days if stored in the refrigerator and 90 days if stored in the freezer.
