Ingredients

PREPARATION OF GELATINS

  • 1 package of Strawberry Gelatin
  • 1 package of Grape Gelatin
  • 1 package of Pineapple Gelatin
  • 1 package of Lemon Gelatin
  • 1/2 cup of Boiling Water 4 fl oz 120 mL
  • 1/2 cup of Cold Water 4 fl oz 120 mL

CREAM

  • 1 envelope of Unflavored Gelatin
  • 5 tbsp of Water 2.5 fl oz 75 mL
  • 13.75 oz of Sweetened Condensed Milk (1 can) (390 g)
  • 6.8 fl oz of Milk Cream (1 carton) (200 mL)
  • 8.1 fl oz of Milk (1 cup) (240 mL)

Instructions

PREPARATION OF GELATINS

  • In a small bowl, place the gelatin and boiling water and mix well
  • When completely dissolved, add the cold water and mix again
  • Cover and refrigerate until set
  • Repeat the same process with the other gelatins

CREAM

  • Hydrate the unflavored gelatin with water and set aside
  • In a bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk, milk cream, and milk
  • Heat the hydrated unflavored gelatin in the microwave for 15 seconds to melt and add it to the mixture
  • Take an oval baking dish of 8.3×11.8 inches (21x30cm) and place all the colored gelatins chopped into cubes
  • Add the cream and mix gently
  • Refrigerate to set

Notes

Valid to: 5 days stored in the refrigerator. Be sure to cover well to avoid burning the top.
