Instructions
PREPARATION OF GELATINS
In a small bowl, place the gelatin and boiling water and mix well
When completely dissolved, add the cold water and mix again
Cover and refrigerate until set
Repeat the same process with the other gelatins
CREAM
Hydrate the unflavored gelatin with water and set aside
In a bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk, milk cream, and milk
Heat the hydrated unflavored gelatin in the microwave for 15 seconds to melt and add it to the mixture
Take an oval baking dish of 8.3x11.8 inches (21x30cm) and place all the colored gelatins chopped into cubes
Add the cream and mix gently
Refrigerate to set
