Ingredients

  • 7.05 oz of Chocolate Semisweet chopped (200 g)
  • 3.53 oz of Heavy cream (100 g)
  • 3/4 cup of Hot milk 6 fl oz (180 mL)
  • 2 shots of Brandy (2 shots) 3.38 fl oz (100 mL)
  • Ground cinnamon to taste
  • Cinnamon stick for stirring

Instructions

  • In a bowl, place the semisweet chocolate and heavy cream.
  • Microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  • Add brandy and hot milk, and mix again.
  • Serve it hot with a sprinkle of ground cinnamon. If you want, use a cinnamon stick for stirring an have an elegant touch.

Notes

Tips:
Valid to: 3 days if kept refrigerated; I suggest not keeping it for too long due to the cream and milk.
