3.53oz ofHeavy cream (100 g)
3/4cup ofHot milk 6 fl oz (180 mL)
2shots ofBrandy (2 shots) 3.38 fl oz (100 mL)

Instructions
In a bowl, place the semisweet chocolate and heavy cream.
Microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth.
Add brandy and hot milk, and mix again.
