Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp of Olive oil 0.4 oz (13 mL)
  • 7 oz of Smoked Sausage chopped (200 g)
  • 1 unit of Onion chopped
  • 2 units of Garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp of Butter 1.4 oz (40 g)
  • 2 cups of Panko breadcrumbs 4.2 oz (120 g)
  • 2 units of Egg boiled and chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • Parsley and Chive chopped, to taste

Instructions

  • In a pan, add the olive oil and the smoked sausage. Fry well over medium heat.
  • Add chopped onion and garlic. Cook until they start to golden brown.
  • Add butter and Panko breadcrumbs. Cook for about 2 minutes.
  • Turn off the heat and add boiled and chopped eggs, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley and chives.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Tips:
– Best texture when consumed immediately, but it can be stored in a well-sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
