Olive oil

Smoked Sausage chopped

Panko breadcrumbs
4.2 oz (120 g)

boiled and chopped
Salt
to taste
Black pepper

Parsley and Chive
chopped, to taste
Instructions
In a pan, add the olive oil and the smoked sausage. Fry well over medium heat.
Add chopped onion and garlic. Cook until they start to golden brown.
Add butter and Panko breadcrumbs. Cook for about 2 minutes.
Turn off the heat and add boiled and chopped eggs, salt, black pepper, and chopped parsley and chives.
Serve immediately.
