Bacon Pate
In a frying pan, add olive oil and chopped bacon. Fry well over medium heat.
When it's golden brown, transfer it to a plate with parchment paper and let it cool and dry completely.
Then transfer to a food processor and grind well.
Set aside some bacon from the processor to use later for decoration.
Reserve the ground bacon in another container.
In the same equipment, add cream cheese and creamy cheese, and beat until creamy.
Add the ground bacon and mix.
Taste and add salt if necessary.
Walnut Pate
Place the walnuts in a food processor and grind gradually, pulsing to prevent them from releasing fat.
When it becomes finer, remove from the processor and set aside.
In the equipment, add white cheese, heavy cream, and salt, and beat well.
Then add the ground walnuts, reserving some for decoration, and stir.
