5tbsp ofButter 3.5 oz (100 g)
1cup ofSugar 6.3 oz (180 g)
3units ofEggs
1cup ofAll-Purpose Flour 4.2 oz (120 g)
3-4units ofApple chopped21.2 oz (600 g)
1cup ofOats thin rolled2.8 oz (80 g)
Cinnamon power to taste
1tbsp ofBaking Powder 0.53 oz (15 g)
Instructions
In a mixer, place the butter and sugar and beat until whitened
Add the eggs one at a time while beating
When homogeneous, add the all-purpose flour and beat on low speed just until everything is mixed, quickly to avoid activating gluten
Then add the chopped apples, rolled oats, and cinnamon powder and stir a little more
Finally, add the baking powder
Pour into a greased and sugared 8.66-inch (22 cm) diameter central hole cake pan
Bake in a preheated oven at 392°F (200ºC) for about 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick test comes out clean
