Instructions
Rice
In a saucepan, add olive oil and rice, sauté for 1 minute, then add boiling water, salt, and bay leaves.
Leave the pan partially covered over low heat until the water dries, then cover and set aside.
Sauté
Meanwhile, in a skillet, add olive oil and bacon, let it brown, then add leeks and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes.
In the serving dish, place some rice and some sautéed mixture, don't forget to include almond slices and chives.
Mix gently.
