FRENCH TOAST
10 slices ofSandwich Bread without crust
7oz ofDulce de Leche (200 g)
2units ofEgg
1/2cup of Milk 4 fl oz (120 mL)
1tbsp ofSugar 0.5 oz (15 g )
1tsp ofVanilla Extract 0.16 fl oz (5 mL)
1tbsp ofButter 0.7 oz (20 g)
FOR DUSTING
1/2cup ofSugar 3.2 oz (90 g)
2tspGround Cinnamon
Instructions
Take a slice of sandwich bread and spread a generous layer of dulce de leche on it
Close with another slice and cut in half
Repeat the process with the remaining slices and set aside
In a bowl with the eggs, add the milk, sugar, and vanilla extract, then mix
Quickly dip the slices of sandwich bread into the mixture, touching a bit on each side
Take a non-stick skillet and add a small amount of butter, set over medium-low heat
Place the French toasts and let them brown on one side
Then flip and brown on the other side
Mix sugar with ground cinnamon and dust the French toasts
