1cup ofPassion fruit pulp8.11 fl oz (240 mL)
13.76oz ofSweetened condensed milk(390 g)
1cup ofFresh milk cream8.11 fl oz (240 mL)
Instructions
Place about 3/4 cup of passion fruit pulp in a blender or food processor and blend well.
You can strain through a fine or thick sieve, it's up to you.
Transfer to a pan, strain, and add the remaining passion fruit pulp and sweetened condensed milk.
Mix well and heat over medium heat.
Keep stirring, when it starts to boil, cook for 3 minutes and turn off the heat.
Remove to a container and freeze for at least 2 hours until firm.
After this time, whip the fresh cream with a mixer until whipped cream and set aside.
Remove the passion fruit cream from the freezer and transfer to a bowl, beat until creamy.
Now, add the whipped cream gradually and mix gently.
Transfer to an ice cream container and let it freeze well.
